Positive: I loved it! Everyone was welcoming; the owner was always there, ready to help (even with non-typical requests), friendly, and kind. The room was big, comfortable, and air-conditioned. In the kitchen, you can find anything you can dream of, and it was spotless (never seen anyone cleaning the ladies there did!). The garden was beautiful (I loved watching the chickens :)). It was a very relaxing place, and Pezinok has good train connections to many interesting Slovak cities and towns (Trencin, Trnava, Nitra etc.).

Negative: Smell in the bathroom. It wasn't the nearest location (1-1,5 km) to the station, the castle, or the main square, so I walked a lot, but it wasn't a problem for me. It can be noisy by the swimming pool until late hours.

Positive: Ivan is the best host I have ever seen! He made everything possible to make us comfortable. The place is heaven . He welcomes you with fresh fruit ! I would definitely go back again.

Positive: Lovely garden and pool area, lovely clean unique rooms, great facilities but best of all was the lovely friendly staff and owners. Beautiful small wine town with friendly locals.

Positive: The villa is quite amazing. I think for summertime is really golden. Pool and pool area are really nice. Unfortunately i was there just on tranzit and on bad weather. Bonus points on the fact that the bed and pillows made it feel like i slept on a cloud.
